Conveying and sorting technology

Wherever products are conveyed using vibration technology, the use of S-Ply^® leaf springs offers many advantages: In linear and circular conveyor systems (spiral conveyors), they achieve longer service lives than conventional springs. This allows machine performance and therefore product throughput to be increased. The food and tobacco industries expect additional properties from springs, such as corrosion resistance, food grade compöiance and high fatigue strength.

S-Ply^® leaf springs meet these requirements and are designed for reliable long-term operation – in a temperature range from -60°C to 160°C. S-Ply^® leaf springs are also suitable as guide elements in conveyor and feeder systems with unbalance and crank drives.
